our recent stay in sunny beach was amazing, but our honeymoon at this hotel was even better! the staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of fizzy wine for my partner's birthday. the food was delicious and the sea view room was worth every penny.

The rooms at Grand Hotel Sunny Beach are absolutely fantastic! They are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air-conditioning is a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and the satellite TV is great for relaxing in the evenings. I loved having a mini bar/refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks cool. And the best part? The furnished balcony with a partial sea view is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. As a tourist, I couldn't have asked for a better room!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathrooms at Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. They had either a bath or a shower, but I found them a bit cramped.

The hotel charges extra for simple things such as the use of the safe in the room and drinks at mealtimes. The pool area was too small and crowded, especially during Christmas.

The staff here provided the best service we've ever experienced. They were so nice, always available, and really listened to our needs. Plus, the cleaning was done every day, so our room was always fresh and tidy. We also loved the fact that the hotel is located right on the beach. It was so convenient to have beach access just steps away from our room. And the restaurant here was amazing! There were no long lines and we could enjoy delicious pancakes, barbecue, and snacks whenever we wanted. They even had ice cream available at all times. Such a luxury!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and always willing to chat. The location was perfect as it was just steps away from the beach and close to the town center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food options. We also appreciated the fact that we could get tea and coffee all day long.

Amazing sea view, delicious food, wide range of drinks, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 2 minutes from a clean beach.

The location of the hotel is great, just outside the party area and close to a wonderful beach. The restaurant is far from the noise, making it a peaceful place to eat. Although the animation team could improve, they offer activities for children. The room is clean, with a homely feeling and a lovely view of the surroundings.

The lifts were slow and impractical for those staying on high floors.

Great location! The hotel is situated right on the strip, giving easy access to the beach and the lively area. The security gate adds an extra layer of safety. The staff are hardworking and friendly, always making sure the hotel is clean and welcoming. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious options, and the cakes are simply fabulous. The banquet nights were a highlight of our stay. The rooms are spacious, although the carpets could use some updating. Even though our room didn't get much sun, the view was still good. Additionally, the holiday pics we took from our balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.
